Tahrir Square - Sana'a

Tahrir Square is the most important center in the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, and is considered one of the largest and most important public squares in the city. The square is located in the main public square of the city, and is the intersection or meeting point of two major urban areas in Sana'a (Al-Qaa area and Old Sana'a). There are many restaurants and shops in its vicinity, and there is a fountain in the middle of the square. This square is considered a popular recreational place for residents of the surrounding neighborhoods. In addition, it is considered a cultural destination, as it includes three major museums: the War Museum and the National Museum (Sana'a). The square also includes temporary kiosks selling books and food, and public bus stops.
